The Last of Us 2 Gameplay Entails a Tragic Outcome for Ellie? Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Features More Textures

The Last of Us 2 is receiving a lot of speculations and even suggestions on what the gameplay for the sequel should be like. The Naughty Dog original has been received very well by fans, and it just explains why there's been a lot of hype for the title. At the same time, another title from the developer, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, sees several enhancements especially when it comes to the graphics to make the experience for players more believable and captivating.

There are still a lot of unknown details about The Last of Us 2. In a recent report, a suggestion has been made to make the ending a tragedy and a depressing outcome. With that also, some gamers are hoping that the franchise would be wrapped up as a trilogy. In order to make the story tragic, Ellie's search for the cure was suggested to end up as a failed effort. This would cause her sacrifice to intensify the sad tone of the game.

On the other hand, multiple endings have also been brought up for The Last of Us 2. However, it is still very unsure when this game would be making its launch as a film is also rumoured to be on its way.

When it comes to games that are getting more details, Naughty Dog revealed more about Uncharted 4: A Thief's End in an event for animators. Ana Cho, who is the title's Texture Artist, discussed the features that were brought to the title. For one thing, there would be more texture layers compared to The Last of Us, like when it comes to grass, dirt, and some other aspects. The effect of this would be a more realistic appearance.

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is expected to be released sometime in the 2016 Spring season. The PS4 game is set to wow gamers with all the work being put on it. Fans of the series, as well as of The Last of Us 2, should be vigilant in catching upcoming reports on Naughty Dog's titles as there are a lot more to cover.
