Apple's iPhone 7 is set to take off in September 18, at least that is what this latest round of reveal coming from a British technocrat suggest. What is most interesting is this time around millions of loyal following could be looking at a possible 12-MP camera upgrade. And that's just for starters.
Well it's the time of the year again when everyone can't wait for yet another iPhone to be released. The "waiting" shouldn't be long granting the Cupertino-based tech giant will follow its tradition of success; it's bound to happen four months from now - short months we dare say, so says a leaked memo straight from the United Kingdom.
Recently, official communication may have just leaked Apple's flagship product launch. The iPhone 7 or 6s as the case maybe - reveals a leaked report shared by Mobile News from a UK Vodafone staff email - will go on pre-order in September 18. Subsequently, the product will find its way to brick-and-mortar stores after a week starting September 25. That may just have confirmed the most awaited date for Apple die-hards - short of an official word from the tech behemoth itself, that is.
Speaking of pattern, what will this iteration have in store for us? Will there be a 7s Plus as there was a 6s Plus?
Again that's likely. The tech giant wouldn't just ditch a much-proven three version trend in this iteration. If by any chance they won't, it would really be a surprise.
Now, certainly you're wondering, why keep mentioning 7 and 6s? Why not stick to one? Well, that's because there's still no official announcement for the name of the upcoming flagship yet. So, it's anybody's guess. Having both names might be best for now.
Really, whatever it's called, still it is the specs that matters most. And as reported this iteration should be nothing short of stunning.
To note, it was September last year that Apple unleashed what in history became its most successful product - garnering it much-needed sales and making it the most profitable company in the planet. No wonder everyone's on their toes.
As per reports, 2015 edition Apple iPhones will house:
- 64-bit class new generation Apple A9 SoC (System on Chip)
- backed by 2GB RAM,
- 32GB/64GB/128GB inbuilt memory, and a
- force-touch technology we see in the Apple Watch.
And it's early Christmas for everyone so it seems as this time around the iPhone most loved by Americans is expected to come equipped with an improved 12mp camera on the rear side. Yes, you read that right 12 mp. Among other features, of course.
Those are some big upgrades, right there. Wanna know the price, right? Don't fret. From estimations it seems like it won't be too far off from the previous releases, between $649-$659 is the most likely estimation.
Again those are just predictions, in line with keeping the suspense even more, no official announcements for the pricing of iPhone 7 were released.
