"Better Call Saul" Season 2 will be filming this July and it has been reported that the crew for the series is looking for extras who will be taking part in the upcoming episodes of the show. Also, new things about Saul Goodman are to be expected this season.
In a report by Latin Post, the season 1 finale episode showed that Saul Goodman, also known as Jimmy McGill, was able to fix his problems after his Rolex scam. However, with the premiere of the show this coming February 2016, fans are asking what is next for Goodman. Bob Odenkirk, the actor who plays the role of Goodman, said in a statement that he can relate to his character in the show especially to the personality of his role.
Odenkirk continued that Goodman is unstoppable and is not going to quit despite the lack of positive feedback from the people he cares for in his life. He added, "He senses inside himself, I have skills, I know I can contribute, I just don't know where to put my energy." Odenkirk points out that Goodman does not have any support from anyone else and that's how he relates to his character as he has been in the show business for 25 years now and he has been through a lot to get to where he is now.
"Better Call Saul" writer Gordon Smith also talked about the season 2 of the show. Smith noted that Goodman has surprised them so far and they hope that he will keep on surprising the cast and the audiences of the show, Design & Trend reported.
The show is set to start filming its Season 2 this July and the crew is reportedly looking for extras as per report of Call Saul Now. The casting call shared that the show is looking for all types of individuals so if you are in the Albuquerque and New Mexico area, drop by the set and audition for a chance to be part of the much-awaited comeback of the show.
"Better Call Saul" Season 2 premieres February 2016 on AMC.
