Assassin's Creed Syndicate did not take too much of Ubisoft's time during the E3 conference. Nonetheless, more details are coming in, together with some teases as to what the franchise would have for the upcoming San Diego Comic Con next week. The city in the title will undergo a lot of improvements to give gamers a deeper sense of adventure. Words from the Senior Producer also shed light on more of what the gameplay holds.
Apart from the Electronic Entertainment Expo, another popular gaming event would be the Comic-Con to be held in San Diego this coming July 9-12. Among the many games that will be showcased, Assassin's Creed Syndicate will have a part to play under Ubisoft's cape as there will be another obstacle course to try out.
The said activity will include various tasks and will challenge gamers to execute certain moves which were inspired from the Assassin's Creed franchise. For instance, there would be the need to swing and leap from a pendulum. As reported in Gamespot, the obstacle course for this year's Comic Con is based on the Victorian England atmosphere of the game. There will also be a replica of the Big Ben tower, in case those interested in participating are wondering.
When it comes to the actual Assassin's Creed Syndicate video game, another article shares the interview Marc Alexis Cote has in the Xbox Magazine. He said, "Our biggest investment, without a doubt, is in the city itself. In creating a city that lives and breathes. A city that is, for the first time in the history of the franchise, full of movement."
The creative director of Ubisoft notes that the team behind the title is working hard to make players feel the essence of the location they are in. To add to this, the Senior Producer, Francois Pelland, for the game noted, "The team worked really hard on having a visceral, hand-to-hand, very close combat that demonstrates the brutality of the period."
Assassin's Creed Syndicate has been slated for release on October 23 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, as well as the PC. With all the comments being given by top officers in the franchise, this title from Ubisoft is bound to please fans.
