Android 5.1.1 update to Samsung Galaxy Note 4 devices has started to roll out in Russia. The latest operating system is expected to enhance the device's performance and fix bug fixes.
News about Samsung's premiere phablet (model SM-N910C) started after a photo of the device's screenshot update was seen online. The screenshot apparently came from Russia as it indicated. However, with no confirmations, the latest update is still far from reaching users in the United States and the United Kingdom.
The update came as a surprise following Android 5.1.1 update release to Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge devices in mid-June, according to Phones Review. In earlier reports, it is speculated that Lollipop 5.1.1 update is expected to hit anytime after Samsung had apparently put Galaxy Note flagship in testing for the upgrade.
According to Android Authority, it is not yet confirmed what Android 5.1.1 update (Lollipop) would really cover, but it will surely target on pertinent bug fixes and some of the things that were not included in the previous Android 5.1 update.
Although Android 5.1.1 update has started rolling out in Russia, it is expected that Samsung will remain mum on any details about the operating system.
Soon, Google's most recent mobile operating system will begin to take rounds in Samsung's major devices. As expected, common problems will start to come out as updates are not created perfect, GottaBeMobile reports. Problems have been already reported to Galaxy S6, Galaxy S6 Edge and Galaxy S5.
As users, it is always advised to anticipate that there will always be some loopholes on upgrades.
Now that Android 5.1.1 update has been circulating, there are also some talks suggesting on the release of Samsung Galaxy Android M. Android M is supposed to be the successor to Android 5.1.1 and is reported to fix several Lollipop problems.
