A new TV spot and promo for the "Fantastic Four" reboot teases the superheroes' superpowers and shows a glimpse of The Thing's dialogue. The new film's director says there will be an epic battle and fans are in for a lot of stakes.
The amazing superpowers of the "Fantastic Four" for the upcoming movie reboot were focused in a new TV spot and promotion online just recently. Superhero Hype reports that it also features a small part of The Thing's dialogue.
FANTASTIC CAST
Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards), who will be played by Miles Teller, has the ability to stretch his body into various lengths and forms. Michael B. Jordan plays the Human Torch (Johnny Storm) who can fly and shoot fireballs. His sister will be played by Kate Mara who will portray as the Invisible Woman (Susan Storm) while The Thing (Ben Grimm) known as the strong and unbreakable one as his voluptuous body is made of stones, will be portrayed by Jamie Bell. Other cast include Toby Kebell as Doctor Doom, Tim Blake Nelson as Harvey Elder also known as The Mole Man, and Reg E. Cathey as Dr. Franklin Storm.
FANTASTIC PLOT
The plot of the movie is said to be a modern take inspired from the Ultimate Fantastic Four Marvel comic book. It will focus on four young men and women who teleport in a new and treacherous world which will alter their physical appearance. With their respective abilities, the team must work together to save the Earth from a friend-turned-enemy.
Fantastic Four's director Josh Trank describes the battle as epic according to Business Standard.
In a report from Den of Geek, it quoted the 31 year old director as saying that "Fantastic Four" will be bigger than the previous movies in that it will be "massive, huge, with a multi-power slugfest and a lot of stakes".
