PlayStation Japan has announced on its website that Bloodborne will be undergoing maintenance last Monday, and will be releasing the latest patch update. Prior to its maintenance, there had been reports about the in-game bugs and issues encountered while playing the game.
The official patch notes on the latest update are the following, as cited in the article from VineReport:
- If a player uses the Beckoning Bell or Smart Resonant Bell while using a password, it will be clearly indicated that a password is in use.
- If the level difference between the host and the guest when matched using a password is large, the guest's stats will be adjusted to match the host's.
- Other bug fixes and matching improvements.
In a review made by Attack of the Fanboy, Bloodborne 1.05 patch was seen as something that is "oversimplified on the surface," as the change log did not change as much, and the game's reported bugs have already been fixed for good.
One of the bugs that have been experienced from playing this game involve the enemy levels when playing online co-op with someone. Fortunately, level scaling in patch 1.05 has already been introduced to the online co-op, as indicated in the official patch notes.
The update is now available for Bloodborne gamers out there. If you have already set your updates to automatic in your PS4, then Bloodborne will be ready for you to play. As mentioned in Gear Nuke, the new update is 150 MB in size, and the current total size of the game is about 2.75 GB.
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan has partnered up with From Software game developers in releasing the PlayStation 4 exclusive video game last March. As promised, the game developers will continue working on improvements in the game for a superior playing experience.
