These days, technology fans are significantly paying attention towards the upcoming Samsung's bigger flagship, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5. The reports say that the new phone will be shown off in New York, and the global release will be on August 14.
According to some rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 may feature a 5.9-inch 4K Ultra HD Super AMOLED. The industry insiders zol.com and naver.com have also stated that the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 will boast a mammoth 4100 mAh battery, a USB Type-C port, and a slim 7.9mm thick build.
Another report claims that the upcoming device will take things up a notch and will swank an 18-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel front camera. On the other hand, Valuewalk notes that the camera may have 21 megapixels in resolution. The only thing that some reports can be certain is that new mobile gadget will come with the S Pen stylus the Note series is known for.
Furthermore, one report from China claims that a fast-charging technology, plus the ability to stream 4K resolution content and a new USB 3.1 Type-C connector are going to be featured in this upcoming device as well. In addition, it is also stated that the Galxy Note 5 may utilize a similar high performance UFS 2.0 Flash memory that can be found inside the Samsung's other products such as the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge.
Onleaks revealed that it will be made by a metal case but it may be covered by a glass on the back like the S6. Moreover, the reports show that the entire device has a measure of 152.22 x 153.44 x 76.11 - 77.31 x 7.69 - 10.201mm. The dimensions in the file revealed that the screen will likely measure 5.7 inches with an "extremely thin" bezel.
The leaked images provided an impression that the Galaxy Note 5 looks just like the Galaxy S6, but the new device is a larger form factor and it includes a slot for the S-Pen stylus. I addition, the other reports consider that Samsung will use Exynos 7422 that will serve as the company's first ever all-in-one chip with the CPU, GPU, RAM, storage and modem all together on the same slate under the hood.
The pocket-lint has stated that it's too early to talk about the Galaxy Note 5 price range; however the device is speculated that it would not come any cheaper to $1000.
