Selena Gomez turned 23, and ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber serenaded her on her special day. Are they getting back together? Meanwhile, just before Selena's birthday, she posted a video clip on her Instagram account where she gave a hint on when her next album will be released.
Selena Gomez was surprised by what Justin Bieber did on her birthday. Justin serenaded Selena through FaceTime, and she actually thought it was sweet. He played his own version of the Happy Birthday song, accompanied by a guitar. Her ex-boyfriend probably knows how to make Selena happy by giving her a rose, which he pretended to give it to her on the screen, according to Hollywood Life.
Six years ago, Selena Gomez started her singing career by being in a band called 'Selena Gomez and The Scene,' where the band released three studio albums starting 2009 up to 2011, then she went solo. In 2013, Selena released her first solo album entitled 'Stars Dance' where it reaped high grossing sales. She had released some singles and was featured by many artists like Zedd.
In a video clip Selena Gomez had posted on her Instagram account two days ago, she had written on a pad the word 'Revival' and '10.9,' which presumes to be the title of her album to be released on October 9. The video clip had a background song 'Good For You,' Selena's latest single.
The International Business Times reported that according to Selena's voice coach Steve Mackey, the album that Selena will be releasing will focus on her life experiences and will definitely have a mature impact.
Mackey's statement was "Selena's voice sounds amazing, and her album will be much different than the Disney sound she's done in the past. This album will be more adult, more feminine and more about Selena's experiences."
