Police are looking into a homicide case in relation to Bobbi Kristina Brown's recent death. The aspiring singer's boyfriend Nick Gordon is seen as a suspect.
Based on a report from Mirror, authorities are doing a homicide investigation which means a foul play occurred in the death of Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown who was found unconscious in a bath tub last January. Her boyfriend Nick Gordon is considered to be a "person of interest".
Gordon was accused by both sides of Bobbi Kristina's family for abusing her. Police are also investigating reports that Nick and Bobbi had a fight before the latter was found in the tub.
Bobbi Kristina, 22, was found drowned in a tub just like her mother Whitney Houston who also died in 2014. It was Nick and a friend Max Lomas who discovered Bobbi's unconscious body and rushed her to a hospital. According to the doctors, Bobbi Kristina was under water for up to 8 minutes. The aspiring singer was under intensive care for about 6 months when she died on Sunday due to complications of her condition.
Last June, a case was filed against Gordon for stealing more than $11,000 from Bobbi's bank accounts while she was on a coma. Just two weeks ago, another lawsuit was filed against him for being violent to Bobbi.
Meanwhile, partial results of the autopsy on Bobbi Kristina's body were released on Monday. According to Perez Hilton, the findings did not show any possible cause of death nor even injuries except that she died of brain damage. She also did not have any medical condition that could cause her death. These limited results could be because it has been a long time since the incident occurred. Still, more data will be collected and more tests will be conducted to gather more evidence.
This despite earlier reports that bruises were found in Bobby Kristina's body when she was discovered in the tub, as reported by News.com.au. Meanwhile, Nick Gordon is also being watched for possibly committing suicide.
Bobby Kristina would have continued a music career if she were alive. The aspiring singer got her name from her father Bobby Brown who is also a singer.
