One of the famous K-pop groups, 2NE1, will be back next year, YG Entertainment confirms. And for the latest buzz, Taylor Swift's director for 'Bad Blood' allegedly copied the video from 2NE1's 'Come Back Home' video.
Fans of the K-pop group 2NE1 must be happy, as their managing company announced that the four-member girls would release an album by next year, according to Inquisitr. However, fans should not expect so much, as they are currently busy with their own careers.
Sandara Park, also known as Dara mostly in South Korea, is pursuing her acting career in her homeland. She lands a role in the movie "Begin Again," a k-drama adaptation. However, there is no confirmed detail on when it would start shooting, as there is still no lead male actor for the film. Dara was an actress in the Philippines, so she might not need stressful acting workshops.
In South Korea, Dara had never been in a major role in a drama series nor movie, so this would be her first. And it happens to be an independent movie. The original film starred Mark Ruffalo and Keira Knightly, where it was shown in South Korea and was well received by Koreans.
The film would revolve around Sandara, a girl whose dream is to become a songwriter. Everytime she sleeps, she dreams of a melody but when she wakes up she could not put in on a paper. The leading man would be the one to help her write what she's been dreaming of.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' was copied from 2NE1's video "Come Back Home," according to Jezebel. A Twitter user with online name @chaelinfenty posted a photo on the social media site and wrote "@NICKIMINAJ can we talk about how taylor's video isn't original and was copied from a group of four WOC, 2NE1"
The said photo was chart-like where the two videos resemble context. Joseph Khan, director of "Bad Blood" denied the accusation.
