'Arrow' season 4 spoilers reveal that everything seems pretty exciting and undeniably to look forward to, as the shooting continues. Fans knew that new big baddies are coming to Starling City. One of which is the said pure evil than the previous villains, Damien Darhk. While his plan will be implemented soon, Oliver Queen may have been preparing for it all along.
Oliver Queen might have defeated all of the villains during the past seasons, but the coming big baddies will be stronger than he thought. And one of the anticipated villains this season is no other than the super villain Damien Darhk.
The latest 'Arrow' season 4 spoilers reveal that Neal McDonough, who was confirmed to be playing the role, is currently filming his dark scenes, along with other characters. Marc Guggenheim explained to Access Hollywood, Darhk is a new level enemy for Oliver and his team.
"He's not as centurion as Ra's, he's not as looney tune as Slade, he's not as - and people will be surprised I use this word - but he's not as noble as Malcolm Merlyn. He's pure evil. We wanted someone who was truly, truly malevolent. We've never done that on the show before. All of our big bads always thought they were doing... the wrong thing for the right reason. This guy does the wrong thing for the wrong reasons." he teased.
Darhk will be implementing his plans as early as the premiere episode of 'Arrow' season 4. Thus, viewers won't have to until midseason finale to see the super villain. And the confrontation between the baddie and Oliver will be earlier than everyone thinks, Flickering Myth reports.
With this, Stephen Amell's character Oliver is busy preparing for the coming of the big baddies. As he dons his green costume, he has to learn new fighting skills to possibly defeat Darhk. And actor Amell told ComicBook that Oliver has decided to learn jiu jitsu.
He said, "...five months have passed and Oliver has learned a bunch of new skills. But typically when we come back from a hiatus, it's like a new suit or a new bow or he decided that he wanted to take up jiu jitsu. This time around, almost all of the skills pertain to domestic life, which is fun."
So, viewers can expect a new and skillful Oliver as he re-enters Starling City. The confrontation between him and the super villain Damien Darhk is something to look forward to.
