The 'Hannibal' series is about to end, but with a bang. In fact, the episode 8 of 'Hannibal' season 3 had much interesting twists and turns. While it feels like an ending, it opens up a lot of new things.
According to Hypable, "The Great Red Dragon" or Richard Armitage's introduction has set the tone for the remaining episodes of third season. While episode 8 was dark and twisted, a new beginning, like the becoming of the Dragon, is to look forward to.
In an interview with TVLine, Armitage has said something about the 'Red Dragon' arc. He said, "The idea of taking on a character that does such appalling things has always been a worry for me," Armitage explains. "I'm very conscious of what we depict on television, and it would've been a deal breaker had I been asked to actually commit those crimes on film, to portray those scenes in the graphic detail that Thomas Harris describes in his novels. Had that been the case, it would've been someone else playing this character."
Meanwhile, 'Hannibal' season 3 episode 9 titled "And the Woman Clothed With the Sun..." will see the reunion of Hannibal and Graham. They will work together to catch the 'The Great Red Dragon'. According to LatinPost, the instance will make the case files on the killer available to Lecter who sees it as chance to be closer to Dolarhyde.
As per synopsis of 'Hannibal' season 3 episode 9, "As the search for Francis Dolarhyde (Richard Armitage) continues, Will starts imagining himself in Dolarhyde's tormented psyche -- and asks Hannibal for help with the serial killer's profile; a new woman (Rutina Wesley) enters Dolarhyde's life."
