"Better Call Saul" is already gearing up for its second season slated to premiere next year. Bob Odenkirk and the rest of the cast reportedly returned to Albuquerque this month for the production of AMC's Emmy-nominated show.
The second season of the "Breaking Bad" spinoff is already underway as production has reportedly kicked off this month in Albuquerque. According to Call Saul Now, the camera started rolling shortly after the 4th of July, following the filming pictures shared by writer Tom Schnauz.
The producers of "Better Call Saul" also announced that they are looking for people interested to become extras, reports KRQE 13. Those who will be considered will be given a chance to act alongside Bob Odenkirk or Jonathan Banks.
Fans of Saul Goodman's solo show have been anxiously waiting for its return, sparking multiple speculations online from Walter White's appearance in the show and even directing an episode of it. Fans are also hoping that Jesse Pinkman will also do a cameo on the spinoff. Showrunners Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould previously assured the fans that more "Breaking Bad" stars will appear on the series soon.
The show has proven to be one of the best series to grace the small screen as it recently earned multiple Emmy nominations. The hit series recently nabbed seven nominations in total including Outstanding Drama Series and Outstanding Writing for a Drama Series. Odenkirk, who plays Saul Goodman got a best actor in a drama nomination while Banks was lauded for his supporting role as Mike.
"Better Call Saul" season 2 is finally underway. Production for the award-winning show has already started in Albuquerque once again. Fans of the series will also be given a chance to act alongside the stars as the producers announced that they are looking for extras to appear in the show.
"Better Call Saul" season 2 will return to AMC on 2016.
