Motorola's Moto G series is quite known for packing high-end specs in entry-level devices, as Motorola unveiled its super affordable Moto G Android smartphone. This is probably why every release of each Moto smartphone is met with an unusual amount of excitement from the Motorola fans.

The Moto G 3rd gen handset from Motorola comes with a bit of changes in design, some hardware upgrades, and beautiful custom skin choices for the consumers who like to create aura for every detail of their smartphone. Apparently, Motorola provides satisfactory service for their consumers. The Moto G 2015 (3rd gen) keeps its relevance of having new designs and colour choices with its hadware upgrades.

As reported by PCadvisor, the Moto G (2015) 3rd gen has a UK RRP of £159 from retailers such as Amazon but prices start at £179 for 8GB and £209 for 16GB on Moto Maker. The Moto G 2015 (3rd Gen) is packed with a 5inch display at 720 x 1280 resolution along with 294 ppi density. This is good enough for an entry level smartphone with a low-cost price. Moreover, it is good that Motorola didn't boost the resolution which might have caused the lag for GPU and easily drained battery life.

Based on Gsmarena chart, the Moto G 2015 (3rd gen) will be engined with quad-core Snapdragon 410 Qualcomm with entry-level 64-bit solution, which boosts the series out of the 32-bit generation. Many consumers might get interested to these new variants of Moto G 2015, the first in the line of offering two variants: first, with 1 GB of RAM supported by 8 GB of internal storage; second, with 2 GB of RAM supported by 16 GB if internal storage. Both variants storage can be expanded via microSD card of up to 32 GB.

The Moto G (2015) 3rd gen haven't made any certain upgrade in the camera section. According to Phonearena, the device still sports a 13 MP back and 5 MP front, which is relatively satisfactory in terms of resolution. It has also dual tone LED flash at the back of the 3rd gen Moto G, which would take balanced night shots.

In addition, the device features Quick capture gestures which will launch the camera app by flicking even if the phone is on standby and another flick to switch to front camera.

The Moto G will be fully customizable via the Moto Maker. The Moto G (2015) 3rd gen price starts at $180 for the 8 GB / 1 GB RAM model and $220 for the 16 GB / 2 GB RAM variant.
