On Wednesday, Ben Affleck nanny rumors surfaced. Now the "Batman" actor feels he won't let anything destroy his reputation and his family. After the alleged infidelity issue was reported by the magazine, Affleck's camp is warning to sue the publication.
According to TMZ, the ex-husband of Garner was so upset over the infidelity rumors, and is now planning to file a lawsuit against the one responsible for the controversy. Ben Affleck-nanny relationship apparently began not after the ex-couple separated, but during their 10-month trial separation.
Affleck's camp released a statement explaining their side and refuting any Ben Affleck nanny rumors.
"The story is complete garbage and full of lies. You shouldn't be able to hide behind 'blind sources' and attempt to destroy families going through a difficult time. The tabloid [Us Weekly] decided to construct stories in order to sell magazines. It's like story time in kindergarten. It's shameful and desperate," a rep told Page Six.
UsWeekly reported that Affleck was dating the nanny he and former wife, Garner hired at the time they were in serious trouble of breaking up. The publication identified Garner and Affleck nanny as Christine Ouzounian, 28, whom they employed to look after their kids during the spring of this year.
The magazine claimed that the two developed feelings toward each other as soon as Ouzounian started working as the nanny for their children. After Garner discovered his infidelity, she allegedly fired the Arizona State University communications grad. However, their romance didn't stop from there as the two continue to see each other at the actor's new pad at L.A.
In the report, the magazine even reported claims of "blind sources" saying that Ouzounian was telling her close friend that Affleck allegedly really likes her. Another source reported that Affleck and Ouzounian would hang out without the children. They were very flirty.
The contentious Ben Affleck-nanny rumors comes exactly four weeks after he and his estranged wife, Garner decided to parted ways following their 10 years of marriage. The two have three kids, Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3, whom they regard as the most important thing for them, and they would do anything not to hurt them.
