Intel's global investment and mergers and acquisitions organization, Intel Capital, appoints Tobi Oke as its new Investment Director to lead the investment team for the firm. Director Tobi Oke, who is based in Lagos, Nigeria, will be concentrating on investments in Sub-Saharan Africa. The Director will be sharing with Intel Capital his expertise in investment and technology that was broaden through a solid experience.
Tobi Oke said, "There is tremendous opportunity to provide entrepreneurs in Sub-Saharan Africa with greater access to capital as well as growth resources including our global network and technological expertise. I look forward to building Intel Capital's presence in the region and working closely with the local entrepreneurs," as his reaction on his appointment.
