'iZombie Season 2' spoilers spill the beans telling that Liv would gain new bestie. In addition, there might be a new love interest that would come along the way.
Design Trend says that a new character who will be introduced as Liv's potential new best friend for the series will become a part of season 2. iZombie season 2 spoilers have been hinting early on to its fans that someone will soon be taking over the best friend position on the show. As of late, fans are aware that Liv had a falling out with Peyton Charles and although she may be surrounded by some very dependable people such as her boss Chakrabarti and Seattle PD Detective Clive Babineaux, Liv can expect a new friend to enter her life soon.
Flashback to the events of season 1, Liv and Peyton's relationship took a turn for the worse over the last few episodes when Peyton finally found out about Liv's secret. After this episode, Aly Michalka's character was not seen until the season finale. The two seemed to have had a falling out and it looks like Liv might just lose her best friend.
Design and Trend's recent report revealed that Liv will be having a new best friend named Bethany who was announced to be involved in an investigation that Detective Babineaux will be handling in season 2. Regarding whether Bethany's character will become a regular on iZombie season 2 or just a guest appearance has not been clarified yet by the producers of the show. However, it will be certain that Peyton and Liv's relationship will all the more be strained due to the closeness that Liv and Bethany will develop over season 2.
Aside from a new best friend, it looks like Liv just might be in for a new love interest for iZombie season 2. Movie News Guide revealed some spoiler updates on a potential love interest for Liv for season 2. After the death of the zombie musician Lowell Tracy back in season 1, fans were quite disappointed with the loss of a potential romance between Lowell and Liv. The effect that Lowell's death had on the fans could quite possibly motivate the show's producers to write in a romance storyline for Liv in iZombie season 2.
Other iZombie season spoilers have revealed a possibly romance for Seattle PD's Detective Clive Babineaux. Franchise Herald revealed what iZombie's executive producer Rob Thomas had to say about a potential dating episode for Clive in season 2. Although Thomas hasn't officially announced whether or not fans of the show would actually see Clive dating, he has hinted that he would very much like to see him in a love interest storyline for season 2.
iZombie season 2 will premiere this October.
