Denise Richards plays ‘cougar’ on ‘Significant Mother’ TV series, joins ‘Gods and Secrets’ film

Actress Denise Richards will once again play the role of a hot blonde woman she was known for in "Wild Things". This time, she will have a relationship with a younger man. Richards will also join Adi Shankar's "Gods and Secrets".

Denise Richards is Pepper Spinner in the second episode of "Significant Mother" on The CW Network. International Business Times says that Denise, 44, will be in a relationship with Nate Marlowe who is several years younger than her. It turns out however that Nate's mother Lydia played by Krista Allen, sees the two while they are out on a date. Lydia and Pepper used to know each other and are actually rivals.

Denise described her role more as the unapologetic type. She also said that there is nothing wrong with relationships that have a huge age gap as long as they have a connection and are happy.

Aside from the "Significant Mother", Denise Richards will also be busy filming "Gods and Secrets" along with Jane Seymour, Diamond Dallas Page and "Twilight" stars Jackson Rathbone and Kellan Lutz. The Wrap reports, "Gods and Secrets" will be Adi Shankar's directorial debut after being the executive producer of "Dredd", "Lone Survivor and "The Grey". "Gods and Secrets" will be about the darker outcomes of a world full of superheroes. The said movie aims to deliver a new angle on superheroes that is expcted to surprise comic fanatics. It was not stated though what Denise's role will be.

Meanwhile, Denise Richards is living with her and ex-husband Charlie Sheen's two daughters and an adopted 3-year old girl. She still stays in shape despite having C-section twice with the help of Pilates, reports Daily Mail.

Aside from "Wild Things", Denise Richards became famous especially in the 90's with films such as "Loaded Weapon 1" opposite Sheen, "The World is not Enough", "Valentine" and Scary Movie 3".
