Lindsay Lohan is being sued by ex-business partner for $60 million for stealing a business idea

Lindsay Lohan together with her brother, Michael Lohan Jr. is being sued by their ex-business partner, Fima Potik for $60 million over a failed shopping application. Fima Potik previously accused Lindsay Lohan as financial ruin for allegedly stealing his idea of the said application.

The legal drama seems to have an ending process with Lindsay Lohan. After she was ordered to serve 125 hours of community service she is back again with a lawsuit by her ex-business partner, Radar Online shared.

In the lawsuit filed by Fima Potik, the business man accused the actress a financial ruin for stealing the idea of his shopping app that is said to enable a closer look at the closet of celebrities. A $60 million lawsuit was against Lindsay Lohand and Michael Lohan, Jr. was charged of stealing allegations.

A restraining order was granted prohibiting Lindsay Lohan and her brother to release and/or promote any version of the shopping app. In lieu, Fima Potik is financially shaking because of the lawsuit filed and cannot withstand the cost of the restraining order

New Zealand Herald reported that Lindsay Lohan's presence was not existent during the hearing. On the other hand, Fima Potik was given 30 days and advised to find a new counsel after his lawyers have already withdrawn representing him because of unpaid legal bills.

On the other hand, Lindsay Lohan's lawyer Ravi Batra is planning to bring contempt and other sanctions motions stipulating the Fima Potik had purposely delayed the launch of Lindsay Lohan's fashion company, Vigme, American Bazaar Online shared.

Fima Potik has not commented yet regarding these allegations against him by Lindsay Lohan's party. Furthermore, he was ordered to hand over documents as proof of the trade secrets he was claiming Lindsay Lohan stole. The repeated requests of the documents have been made the files have not yet handed over.
