British actress Emma Watson just ended her one year relationship with rugby player Matt Janney in November last year. Watson revealed she took a vow of silence during the week she spent at a private facility just to heal her broken heart.
The "Harry Potter" film franchise actress Emma Watson revealed how she took herself off to a 'silent retreat' in Canada's Rocky Mountains last year to overcome her heartache over the breakdown of their relationship.
In the September issue of Vogue UK, the equal rights advocate told the magazine, "I felt really uncomfortable, even before my relationship ended, I went on a silent retreat, because I really wanted to figure out how to be at home with myself."
Proclaiming the breakup "horrendous," Watson admitted, "I felt really uncomfortable." She continued, "Even before my relationship ended, I went on a silent retreat because I really wanted to figure out how to be at home with myself."
According to the cover story, Emma Watson went silent retreat so that she could work out on how to be at ease with herself. As confessed by the actress known for her role as Hermione, she went to Rocky Mountains for a week long silent retreat. People who seek refuge at a certain place of Canada's Rocky Mountains made a vow of silence while staying in the area.
Celebrity UK claimed that Emma Watson has already come to terms when it comes to the split up. It has been known that the Oxford Rugby player had been dating Watson for a year. In the report, the cause of break-up was because of the "unrelenting work schedule" of the 25- year old actress.
After all the heartaches, Watson has been relishing some rare time off and after declaring her new role earlier this year, Emma said that her six-year-old self was on the ceiling that she has secured the project as Belle in the live-action adaptation of the much- awaited Disney classic.
Emma has also signed up to a thriller movie entitled "The Circle", which co-stars Award winning actor Tom Hanks, according to The Verge.
