Although fans have to wait for a while until 'Bates Motel' season 4 premieres next year. As Sheriff Romeo and Norman's mother, Norma, are continuing their relationship, it could bring death to either of them.

Additionally, it was reported by Movie News Guide that the upcoming season 4 will pick up where the show was left. And viewers should not expect of a possible time jump to happen, as they will address the cliffhangers left in Season 3.
'Bates Motel' executive producer Kerry Ehrin said, in an interview with TVLine, that the Season 3 left the audience with a lot of cliffhangers. Nicole Peltz' Bradley Martin had just been killed. Meanwhile, Norman thinks his mother did it, but the actual Norma has no idea where her son is. Emma played by Olivia Cooke, on the other hand, finally going in for a lung transplant. These are some of the cliffhangers that made the audience wonder what will happen in season 4.
And, it was previously reported that 'Bates Motel' season 4 will see the development of Norman. He is now a full-blown psychopath. Thus, viewers should expect gruesome killings, as the Bates Motel becomes the well-known murder site.
Although it has not been known who will be killed but speculations swirling around the internet, suggesting that Norman might kill his mother. It has been teased that it could be the turning point for Norman.
But in a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Norma finds a way to help cure Norman's condition. The executive producer Ehrin and co-producer Carlton Cuse believe that Norma is starting to become stronger, and she would really want to look for a cure for Norman even though they have no extra money to spend for the treatments.
If not Norma, it could probably her love interest Sheriff Romero. As Romero and Norma's romance takes center stage, it would also be a turning point for Norman to kill the sheriff. And it would really create more chaos between Norma and Norman's relationship next season.
