On the other hand, the equality impressive Lenovo K3 has been resurrected with a yellow variant color, and the catch, the phone will be limited.
According to India Express, Lenovo K3's biggest selling point was its price. It was released in the market at $155 apiece and offers a 5.5-inch display with 1080x1920 pixels and an octa core 1.7GHz Mediatek MT6592 processor.
The phablet is also equipped with 2GB of RAM and a standard 16GB storage. But, the memory is expandable up to 32GB through a microSD slot and will boasts a 13MP primary snapper and a 5MP secondary camera. It is also running on Android Lollipop OS. On the performance, the Lenovo K3 has tons of power for most of its tasks, thanks to its octa core CPU and a sixteen core GPU.
Moving on to the looming Google Nexus 5 (2015), first things first, the phone is manufactured by Korean consumer electronics magnate LG, which is known to produce high-performing electronics since anyone can remember.
Going on the phone, since it's a partnership between LG and Google, as expected it is rumored to run on the upcoming Android M, which was staged as the saving grace for the Android Lollipop's flaws, Neuro Gadget cited.
It will be equipped with a fingerprint recognition technology and Google's own version of Apple Pay, the Android Pay and will have a slightly smaller 5.2 inch screen, however, unlike K3's LCD screen; the Nexus 5 (2015) will be equipped with a P-OLED HD screen supporting 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Under the hood, the Nexus 5 (2015) will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 620 processor, which will be backed by 4GB of RAM and will house 64GB of internal storage.
One drawback on the phablet, however, would be its memory since it was previously reported that external memory will not be available. Similar to Lenovo K3, it will also have a 13MP primary snapper but the secondary camera is slightly smaller at 4MP.
The phone will also have the USB-C Connector, Bluetooth 4.2 and a MediaTek MT3188 wireless charging receiver features. It is also rumored to be priced between $300 and $400, which is a couple of hundreds expensive than the Lenovo K3 Note.
Another phone review website, Gadgets NDTV, compared the phone side by side and the two phones were even with regards to their overall rating. The only issues that the two phablets, according to the tech website, would be their battery life ratings, Lenovo K3 received 7 while the Google Nexus 5 (2015) gets a point lower score with 6.
