Nick Gordon Investigation Update: Nick Plans Different Funeral For Bobbi After Wrongful Death Accusation Claims

By

After Bobbi Kristina was finally laid to rest, her boyfriend Nick Gordon is planning a separate funeral for her. The announcement was made by Nick through his social media account following an amendment lawsuit claiming he gave Bobbi a "toxic cocktail" on Jan.31.

According to the International Business Times, Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend, now facing a $10M lawsuit for allegedly killing late Whitney Houston and Bobby brown's daughter wanted to have an "intimate" funeral for her. The message was written by Gordon on Facebook claiming that the service will be attended only by those who were "there for her."

"We will have our own service remembering and honouring Krissi. Only the real family that actually was there for her will attend," Gordon wrote after close friend Mason Whitaker posted something about the late Bobbi Kristina.

The social media announcement made by Gordon comes after an amended lawsuit came out accusing him of drugging Bobbi Kristina of "toxic cocktail" leading to her death, Entertainment Online reports. The wrongful death accusation was filed on Friday by Brown's court-appointed conservator Bedelia Hangrove.

On June 24, Hangrove took to court the first lawsuit accusing Gordon of assaulting Bobbi Kristina and stealing an undetermined amount of cash.

The new lawsuit alleges that Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend gave Bobbi Kristina a deadly cocktail that made her unconscious further leading to her brain damage. The incident happened after a late night "cocaine and drinking binge" according to the court papers.

Last week, Gordon made an appeal to Bobby Brown and Aunt Pat Houston to approve him to attend Bobby's funeral. His request was declined. Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend entered a month stint at the rehab after appearing at The Dr. Phil Show on March 6.

The amended lawsuit was contrary to the initial result of the Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office claiming that there's no obvious underlying cause of death and no significant injuries were noted to Bobbi, according to previous Venture Capital Post report.

Gordon's lawyers defended him saying that the allegations are "slanderous and meritless." The attorneys went on claiming that their client Gordon has been heartbroken and destroyed over the loss of his love. How do you think Nick Gordon investigation update will end?
