Nick Diaz’ hearing delayed for the nth time; banned from World Series of Fighting with his brother, Nate Diaz

Nick Diaz appears to be in the hot arena. The suspended UFC fighter was not able to attend in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) for his Thursday hearing due to his lawyer's conflict in schedule. Moreover, he has also been banned in the World Series of Fighting with his brother Nate Diaz for ensuing brawl against fighter Khabib Nurmagomedev.

UFC fighter, Nick Diaz, has delayed his hearing in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) for the nth time. Nick Diaz' lawyer had a conflict in schedule during the Thursday hearing and couldn't attend the said hearing, MMA Junkie reported.

The hearing has already underwent several delays beforehand. Lloyd Pierson, Nick Diaz' manager, was still unsure of the rescheduled date of the said hearing. The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) is set to present their findings about the case and determine Nick Diaz' guilt or innocence, Bloody Elbow shared.

Nick Diaz is currently facing formal UFC suspension including fines for his third alleged marijuana metabolites usage. This is not the first time that Nick Diaz got suspended for his marijuana consumption. He has already been suspended in two occasions - after a win over Takanori Gomi in 2006 and after a loss to Carlos Condit in 2012.

Recently, the UFC Fighter was banned from World Series of Fighting for tolerating a brawl against Khabib Nurmagomedev. Nate Diaz, Nick Diaz' brother, has said to be the first one who threw a punch at Khabib Nurmagomedev's face. The incident took place at The Axis in Planet Hollywood before the World Series of Fighting 22 main event. Nick Diaz, on the other hand, threw a beer at Khabib Nurmagomedev that also increased the tension, MMA Fighting sighted.

Nick and Nate Diaz was escorted outside the venue but not arrested. Though, their actions have resulted them for being totally banned from the World Series of Fighting as per Abdel-Aziz, World Series of Fighting vice-president.
