The new leaked render of Galaxy S6 Edge Plus circulating online suggests that it will come bigger than the existing Samsung Galaxy S6 edge flagship. The leak also suggests that it may come equipped with an optional QWERTY keyboard case.
The tipster @evleaks, posted the leaked image of the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy S6 edge Plus. The image was reportedly posted last Friday, revealing a physical keyboard attached to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, the Christian Post reports.
According to IBtimes, three Android navigation buttons are being featured by the bottom of the alleged QWERTY keyboard. There are no any information, whether this feature was built by the Samsung itself or whether a third-party has built it.
The site also reports that it will cost around 60 Euros ($66). Since it will offer a physical keyboard, the testing the demand for QWERTY devices may be executed by the South Korean tech giant. Several speculations are now saying that Samsung work together with BlackBerry on the forthcoming Venice smartphone that runs Android OS with a QWERTY keyboard feature that slides vertically.
As for the flagship's specifications and features, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus leaked renders proposes that it will reportedly come in 5.7-inch QHD display and will be powered by a 2.1 GHz Exynos 7420 64-bit processor, paired with a Mali T760 GPU for graphics. The bigger size Galaxy S6 Edge version is believed to sport a 16 MP back camera, together with a 5 MP front-facing camera for selfies. Furthermore, it said to come available with 32 GB of internal storage and run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box, mnrdaily wrote.
On August 13, the alleged Samsung S6 Plus Edge is expected to be unveiled at Samsung's Unpacked event at the New York Lincoln Center along with the Galaxy Note 5. The event will reportedly be scheduled for live stream over YouTube.
