WWE professional wrestler Daniel Bryan has had a few injuries in the last few years of his careers, but with his most recent injury, he may be facing a long term rest which might even include him not returning to WWE.
Daniel Bryan suffered from a concussion shortly after winning the WWE Intercontinental Championship, it was in May that the star was forced to give up his title due to the uncertainty of when we would return wrestling for the WWE.
In a report from Bleach Report, Daniel Bryan is still out of action due to a concussion he previously had. Though he has been given the all clear sign by his doctor, apparently it's the WWE that isn't allowing him in the ring just yet.
Daniel stated in an interview "I am cleared by the neurologist in Phoenix that I've been going to see. It's not like he's a quack doctor. He was the neurologist for the Super Bowl who has no problems in clearing me with no limitations."
Inquisitr also reported that the wrestling star had planned on making his comeback this August in time for SummerSlam, however, it has been confirmed that Daniel will not be involved in the event. Though the wrestler himself believes he is ready to get back into action, the WWE thinks otherwise and it's their doctor that isn't giving him the all clear sign.
The WWE are being protective over the wrestler and want to ensure that Daniel is fully fit to wrestler long term again before they let him back in the ring. After suffering from the concussion, the WWE took the injury very seriously after several injuries Daniel Bryan had already suffered from.
According to Wrestling Inc it was on the most recent Monday Night Raw that Daniel made an appearance on Miz TV expressing his wishes to return, but to no avail.
It is not known yet when and if Daniel Bryan will return to the WWE, but the wrestler had previously stated that if the WWE does not allow him to wrestle again, he will find somewhere else to fulfil his career that he deeply loves.
