"Teen Mom OG" Star Amber Portwood has made some revelations. Portwood, known for her chubby figure, was seen in a new slimmer bod that swiftly surprise her fans.
On August 11, the "16 and Pregnant" actress shared to Twitter how she attained her successful weight reduction.
"36 lbs down and 15 more to go...almost at my goal," Portwood wrote to her 264K Twitter followers.
The mother-of- one to six-year-old Leah Shirley was seen with a huge improvement. She dished of losing 36 pounds that made her transformation really amazing, Daily Mail reports. It's not an overnight work though, and it took her four months to do that. Her successful weight loss comes the right time for the sixth season opening of "Teen Mom Reboot."
Portwood, 25, shared that she made significant changes in her diet to attain her weight goal. She carefully chooses the food she eats and to avoid. She even advised cutting back on carbs including sugar, pasta and avoiding trans-fat. The 25-year-old also shared that she was grateful for her fiancée, Matt Baier for helping her in her transformation.
According to the actress, her fiancée has helped her achieve her weight by preparing a healthy breakfast everyday. Portwood and Baier have not disclosed any wedding yet. Fans are looking forward that the 6th season will feature the couple's wedding after their public engagement last season, according to Vine Report.
Reports have it that the "Teen Mom OG" star is losing weight in preparation for her wedding.
"I know for sure my cousin Krystal would be the maid of honor at the wedding," the blushing bride-to-be recently told MTV News. "She's the closest person to me. She's like my best friend."
"And of course I want all the Teen Moms, all the girls, I want them to be my bridesmaids. I mean, they have to be a part of it."
Meanwhile, it seems that "Teen Mom OG" fans have reason to celebrate after it has been revealed that the reality TV show has started filming, Radar Online reports. Sixth season will tackle on Farrah Abraham spoiling her daughter Sophia with $600 after the little girl lost a tooth. Macy Bookout will be seen discussing parenting and more.
