Drill might just kill another person on its hit list but it remains to be known who will it be as "The Whispers" Season 1 nears to an end. Drill, the imaginary friend of children in Washington DC, just changed the game in its latest episode so the fans of the show are yet to see what will happen in the next episodes and who will be killed of next.
In the previous episodes of "The Whispers," Drill attacks and no one knows how he will kill a person. Just recently, he coerced Lena and forced her to shoot a total stranger and in the previous episode, Drill was able to fully possess a child and even take the life of one if he wants to, Hypable reported. Drill is said to be doing manipulative things as he is new to the world and wants to survive, however, his latest actions are bringing his motives into question.
In a report by 2 Paragraphs, Drill took it upon himself in order to get revenge on Wes Lawrence. Lawrence is played by Barry Sloane and his character was able to figure out a way in order to at least weaken Drill if not get rid of. Lawrence figured out that the children can no longer play dangerous games when they are placed in a "protected zone." This is only possible if the President of the United States, played by Martin Cummins, permits such action. Lawrence also swore that the children's imaginary friend will not escape and will be destroyed causing Drill to avenge himself.
Due to this, Drill might just cross off Minx, the daughter of Lawrence, from his hit list. Sean and Claire are also probable victims of Drill as they helped Lawrence destroy him, Visalia Times Delta reported. Anyone who is young enough to believe that imaginary friends are real are in danger and might be manipulated by Drill including the president's daughter, Harper, and Henry.
"The Whispers" airs every Monday at 10 P.M. on ABC.
