Sweethearts Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy are now being rumored to be secretly married after the French banker was spotted wearing a gold wedding ring on his finger on Saturday, August 15.
Photo of the said wedding band was captured and reported first by Gossip Cop. The couple attended a charity event in the Hamptons when a photographer took a photo of Jack Nicholson while the popular couple was seated behind. The said photo quickly spurred nuptial rumors after seeing the brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy wears a gold wedding gold band on his finger.
It's not the first time that Mary Kate, 29, and Olivier, 46, were confronted with wedding rumors. Back in Oct. 2014, the loved up couple was reported to be married after dating for eight months. MIRROR claims that the former actress, now a fashion designer tied the knot with the French hunk in a low-key ceremony attended by close family members.
Olsen, who is 17 years junior to his fiancée got engaged to Sarkozy in February.
"Mary-Kate's family thinks Olivier is the best thing to happen to her," an insider told UsWeekly. "They love him."
"Mary-Kate has made him a better father. She remembers all the kids' special events. She thinks he's a great dad," the insider adds.
Olsen was first spotted wearing her dazzling vintage Cartier engagement ring that is estimated to cost around $81,250 at Sotheby's auction in March this year. The pair was seen packing on a lot of PDAs watching the New York Knicks game at Madison Square Garden in NYC.
The two, who have remained low profile from the public's eyes have maintained their relationship going strong in three years. They were spotted together since 2012, a year after Sarkozy divorced with his former wife Charlotte Bernard, with whom he has two kids, Julien, 12, and Margo, 10.
