"Orange Is The New Black" Season 3 ended with Alex possibly dead but it has been revealed that she will come back for season 4 as Piper will be seen changing her attitude towards a darker tone. It is also rumored that Caitlyn Jenner, former Olympian and gold medalist Bruce Jenner, might join the cast in the show's upcoming episodes.
In a report by Christian Today, Laura Prepon, who plays the role of Alex Vause, was interviewed and she revealed her character's relationship with Piper Chapman will be heading towards a different direction this season 4. Before Season 3 ended, Piper and Alex broke up because the former was slowly becoming a villain.
Prepon also said that Alex sees through everything that Piper does as she wants to let everyone know no one should mess with her. However, the dark and twister persona of Piper might no longer be seen in "Orange Is The New Black" Season 4 as she will be returning to her old self due to the incoming many female inmates, Vine Report shared.
Taylor Schilling, the actress playing the part of Piper, also talked about her character and teased that Piper is in a complicated place as of now and in season 4, she will be seen scrambling to keep things under control. Schilling added, "When it feels like it's bottoming out, that's when you try harder to control things."
Meanwhile, Cross Map reported that Caitlyn Jenner might be part of the cast this Season 4. There were no specific details about her possible role in the show and there has been no confirmations regarding this rumor yet. Another star expected to be seen in the Netflix original series is Jolene Purdy. She is speculated to be a new inmate or possibly a new prison guard.
There has been no specific premiered date yet for "Orange Is The New Black" Season 4 but it is expected to be out by 2016.
