Z. Tao's mini concert tour was scheduled to open in Beijing, followed by his concerts in Shanghai and Guangzhou. However, after the tragic Tianjin blast, he decided to make his Beijing concert for free in order to raise funds for the victims of the explosion. On the other hand, SM Entertainment recently blocked the release of his new solo music video online.

Announced earlier this August by Kpopy, Tao's "Z.TAO Mini Concert Tour" was once scheduled to launch in Beijing on August 23. Then, followed by stops in Shanghai and Guangzhou. But then, Tao was touched by people affected by the tragic Tianjin explosion recently on August 12.

Tao reportedly made up his mind to make his Beijing concert for the benefit of the people who suffered from the blast. He made a decision to turn the mini concert into a free concert that can be attended by anybody instead. The stops in Shanghai and Guangzhou have also been reported cancelled as reported by KpopStarz.

On the flip- side of the issue, Soompi claimed that Tao made his solo activities in China after leaving his group EXO. But the artist didn't have an agreement with SM Entertainment to launch his solo career. Tao implicitly planned to break off from his group EXO last April and he opened up that he wanted to have his own workshop in China.

But his agency didn't quite have the same idea. SM Entertainment said, "We are talking with Tao in order to find a constructive direction."On July 23, as he released a solo album, he also uploaded a music video for the title track on YouTube and other websites. However, the music video from the album "T.A.O" is currently unable to be viewed on YouTube since SM agency blocked his right to post the video online.

Tao just recently made his debut as a solo artist in July with his self- entitled album "T.A.O.". His new music video has been subjected to a copyright claim by SM Entertainment and the management claimed that the artist is still under their contract. Since SM Entertainment still manages him, he cannot neglect the fact that the management will still handle his career.

For now, Z. Tao is still very busy making his ow solo career amidst all the issue, but he's still under the same agency as when he was still on the group EXO. And although he already left his group, his fans are still very vocal about their support to the new solo artist.
