The 30-year-old son of Prince Charles, Prince Harry already left the army after ten years of service and is now scheduled to visit the United States, Lesotho and South Africa.
Prince Harry is scheduled to visit Washington DC in October with regards for the upcoming event Orlando 2016 Invictus Games, as reported by BBC News. This news has already been confirmed by Kensington Palace. Around November and December, after the Invictus Games event, the prince will open in Lesotho the Mamohato Children Centre in South Africa in behalf of the UK government. He chose Lesotho since back in 2006; he co-founded a charity with the Prince Seesio of Lesotho, named the Sentebale. The Children Centre that he will open is a facility to help his charity, the Sentebale to support thousands of children diagnosed with HIV.
According to Hello Magazine, Prince Harry himself has been closely monitoring the development of Mamohato Centre. In 2013, he visited the land upon where the centre is going to be built, then again visited Lesotho in 2014 to see the progress of the building. His visit to South Africa this year is going to be his third official charitable visit in the place. This visit will showcase the cooperation between their countries and offer a platform that will develop the partnership of the United Kingdom and South Africa.
Harry will visit South Africa from November 26 to December 4 of this year, according to US News. His visit to the United States in the fall is to promote the sporting event for the injured, sick and wounded service personnel. The Prince had the idea for the Invictus games that was first held in London in 2014.
The Prince has definitely shown his passion towards his foundation and his desire to show their cooperation with South Africa. He has been helping the country for years now and is shown to be very active in it.
