Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has taken by storm its launch along with Galaxy S6 Edge+ mid this month for cutting-edge features, moving triple notch from its predecessors but new reports reveal Galaxy Note 5's S Pen is having a problem.
Be careful that the stylus will not be inserted the wrong way or backwards since it might get break the pen, or worst it will get stuck in its house. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 is not particularly designed to avoid placing the pen in a wrong manner unlike Galaxy Note 4, Galaxy Note Edge and the rest of the Galaxy Note specimen which were designed to prevent from being inserted backwards.
This safety mechanism works through a spring inside the housing which will help users to eject the stylus. With Galaxy Note 5 however the technology is disabled.
Samsung Electronics in the United States has released an official statement regarding a video circulating on Youtube regarding the vulnerability of the S Pen to destruction. In a letter to BBC, Samsung said: "We highly recommend our Galaxy Note 5 users to follow the instructions in the user guide to ensure there are no issues."
The South Korean tech titan sent the same statement when asked by the British media corporation regarding any immediate plans plotted to provide long-term solution to the hardware problem. Analysts see it that Samsung might not have plans for now to solve this issue.
According to rumors, the tech firm seems well-aware of the problem before even shipping the Galaxy Note 5 to carriers across the globe and have not attended to this concern. However, in Samsung Galaxy Note 5's user guide clearly underscores the necessary placement of the S Pen that it should be backwards which was not present on the user guides of previous Galaxy Note tablets.
