Caitlyn Jenner is being sued for her involvement in the February fatal crash for $18.5 million. The fatal car crash caused the death of the Lexus driver Caitlyn Jenner slammed into, Kim Howe. Criminal charges against Caitlyn Jenner can be out of place, but the huge bucks of the issue is yet to adhere.
Caitlyn Jenner, then known as Bruce Jenner, said to have slammed a Kim Howe's Lexus while driving down Pacific Coast Highway in Los Angeles, California. Kim Howe died during the incident by being stricken by a Hummer as it careened and pass through the traffic due to the high pressure of the slam, MSN shared in a report.
The five passenger of the Hummer sued the deceased Lexus driver's estate, Kim Howe, for the $18.5 whom they found negligent of the case. Moreover, another $18.5 million lawsuit arise and it is against Caitlyn Jenner who was specifically involved in the multiple car crash.
In lieu, Kim Howe's side filed a case of wrongful death against Caitlyn Jenner that the latter just filed a countersuit requesting the case to be dismissed because it has no merit; as Kim Howe's relationship with her stepchildren barely has a bearing.
Aside from the deaths and other damages, Caitlyn Jenner is being sued by Jessica Steindoff, the driver of a Prius, who was also got involved in the crash. Jessica Steindoff filed the case against the reality star in June for damage to property and personal injury. Moreover, Caitlyn Jenner is also facing manslaughter charges for driving in a manner, that according to Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, unsafe for the prevailing conditions, New York Daily News shared.
TMZ featured that other charges and issues about the car crash are being investigated still. It's unclear yet why the Hummer passengers are suing the Kim Howe's side and how Caitlyn Jenner is being negligent regarding the crash of the said Hummer is amounting to huge amounts.
Moreover, the $18.5 million case is moving forward and Caitlyn Jenner's side is yet to say something regarding the issues - damage to property and personal injury to name a few. Kim Howe's estate is also eager to push through with their case against the transgender reality star hence the latter filed for a countersuit.
