The claim was supported by one of the creators, JJxOracle, that stated that this mod is still in the beta mode as of the moment since there are still issues to attend to this move. Another news site stated that this latest GTA V Mod will bring harmless blimps for Mass Effect as it will be infused to the gameplay.
The creator highlighted the issues such as the disappearance of the gigantic Reaper at times all throughout Rockstar's game especially when it is moving with its legs touching the ground. Next problem that the game developer is yet to resolve is its lack of proper collision detection as it hovers the entire city.
Furthermore, as the Reaper replaces the game blimp, the players will be able to observe its presence as it roams around the city by flying in a slow motion. As seen from the cockpit view, there has not been that much difference with the usual view, however, what will be improved is the piloting capacity of the players to make them much more aware of what is going on around the corners.
