Justin Bieber Gives Secret Shout-out to Selena Gomez In 'What Do You Mean' Music Video; Singer Wants The Former Disney Star Back?

By

Justin Bieber apparently issued a shout out to his ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez in his latest music video "What Do You Mean". The fans are now speculating that the Canadian singer wants to get back together with the former Disney star.

Sharped-eye fans believe that the Canadian singer may have given his ex a very subtle message in the music video. Taking the term "name dropped" to the extremes, Gomez's name was actually featured on a wall. "Selena" was spray- painted next to the words "hope," "love," and Bieber's own initials.

According to Dailymail UK, this may be a secret message that the singer wants to let the singer-actress know. The male pop star showed off the adult side of him in the steamy new video with model Xenia Deli. And now, his comeback single has already climbed up the chart, becoming his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 hit.

Many of Bieber's fans believe that it is his restrained way of hinting that he wants to get back together with Gomez. They even took to Twitter their reactions upon seeing "Selena" on the music video. One fan said, "I see you Selena." Another fan also commented, "Selena Gomez's name is spray painted on a wall in Justin Bieber's "What Do You Mean" music video."

As a matter of fact, this isn't the first time he has publicly called out the "Good for You" songstress. At one point in the music video for "Where Are U Now," the phrase "Where R U Now Selena" flashed across the screen. Speculations are circulating that "What Do You Mean" was inspired by Biebs relationship with SelGo.

In a report by Entertainment Tonight, it was revealed that Bieber had an interview with "On Air With Ryan Seacrest" previously this year. According to the outlet, the 21-year-old singer admitted to the host that the content of his latest album was indeed inspired by his ex. He confessed, "I think a lot of my inspiration comes from Selena... It was a long relationship that created heartbreak and created happiness and a lot of different emotions that I wanted to write about. There's a lot of that on this album."

The two didn't seem to cross paths while attending the 2015 Video Music Awards. It was noted that Bieber performed again for the first time after five years and got carried away by his emotions. Both of them allegedly avoided each other, with Gomez hanging with her best friend Taylor Swift and her "Bad Blood" squad.

Meanwhile, Gomez admitted her heartbreak with her relationship with Bieber through her own ballad single "The Heart Wants What It Wants". But then, despite the heartbreaks and dramas, many "Jelena" fans are still very hopeful that their idols would get back together in the near future.
