Nick Jonas' single "Area Code" has been finally out in SoundCloud on Saturday, Sept. 5. Since then, many have speculated on the "Jealous" singer's bombshell. Reports say that his new song is about his former love, Selena Gomez.
According to Hollywood Life, the single, which comes weeks after his latest song "Levels," had the lyrics pertaining to the "Good For You" singer. He truly left his fans screaming as he played coy by mentioning the words "good for you," which is her latest hit.
"You say I never been good for you, You can't deny I gave it good to you."
According to the magazine's source, "The Heart Wants, What It Wants" singer was blindsided about his song. She reportedly didn't have the idea that he's going to write something like that. She's surprised, but she has no hard feelings towards Nick. The insider went to add that although the "Chains" crooner, missed it on telling on Selena, she clearly understands why he did it. She apparently understands the need to pour out feelings on an ex, which she did with Justin Bieber.
Jonas, 22, threw fuel on fire when he favorited two of his fans tweets relating his "Area Code" song to his former flame according to BillBoard. His followers believe that his latest single is nothing, but about Selena.
The latest news comes after Nick and Selena were spotted getting cozy at the 2015 VMA after party on August 30. The male singer was seen whispering into her ear as they chatted that night. The two appeared sweet igniting speculations if there could be part 2 of their romance.
