Tom Hardy recently found himself making headlines after his old MySpace photos were brought up online. Though the site is hardly used nowadays, and Hardy already deleted his account, the beauty of the internet has preserved the photos up to date. With the hilarious selfies of the young actor in his underwear going viral, Tom took the time to address the situation.
In a report from Huffington Post, during summer, pictures from Tom Hardy's MySpace account went viral. The pictures that included the now 37-year-old actor in his underwear, dressing up, and pulling goofy poses and faces, got a whopping 1.3 million views. This came after BuzzFeed rounded up his embarrassing photos and shared then for the whole world to see. Apparently the pictures were taken almost a decade ago, way back in 2006.
Instead of getting annoyed any being embarrassed, the "Mad Max" star laughed the matter off stating he's not ashamed at all. People reported that Hardy was finally able to comment on the situation in an interview with Sky News. "I've got no shame about my MySpace photos, especially the one of my in my underpants, which is a glorious photo of a man in his natural habitat," he proudly stated.
He then continued saying "In my tighty-whitey budgie smugglers. In America, they say 'you should be ashamed of this' but I'm actually not remotely ashamed - that is me in my natural habitat, thank you."
However, in another report from News, it wasn't just the pictures that made his fans laugh. Fans were able to read deep thoughts the actor had previously shared on his account such as "I am a goldfish walking through a desert."
After addressing the photos that put a smile on a lot of people's faces, Tom Hardy's popularity has grown even more. With fans throughout the world sharing his hilarious pictures, many are looking up to the actor for openly not being ashamed of his goofy old ways.
