DOTA 2 Reborn is perhaps unbeknown to some but most of the franchise's fans have certainly kept their eyes peeled for it and finally, the time has come. Valve has officially publicized exactly where the game is on right now.

According to Game Spot, DOTA 2 Reborn has been released by Valve and is getting a whole new makeover for the title. It was confirmed that the game has been moved to a new engine, leading to the introduction of Custom Games.

It was reported by Vg247 that the forthcoming DOTA 2 Reborn was already in the works during the middle part of the year, specifically last June. However, players must upgrade to this particular version of the game because matchmaking is only permitted in the said version.

Tech Times delivered that DOTA 2 Reborn operates under Source 2 which is also the engine responsible for the other Valve games such as the latest versions of Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2 and Counter Strike: Source. Valve was quoted stating, "Dota 2 Reborn brings with it a new interface, new engine, and Custom Games. Everything in the dashboard has been redesigned utilizing a new UI framework and the engine that powers the game has been fully replaced."

Some details that were changed have also been disclosed by Valve. For the said title, it will now be quite notably easier to find, personalize and demo players' heroes, featured tournaments and the options to manage, share and discuss matches. There will also be guided bot matches and for those who are encountering the game for the first time, there will be absorbable mechanics to aid in the journey.

As DOTA 2 was released back in 2013, the 9 out 10 rated game looks to seal the deal with one more expansion in the form of DOTA 2 Reborn. Keep posted for further updates on Valve's newest masterpiece.
