Robert Pattinson is hot and heavy these days from his latest movie, "Life" about James Dean to his wedding with his fiancée FKA Twigs. In an interview with Tim Lewis of The Guardian, Pattinson, 29, talked about his role in the film as Dennis Stock, a photographer and friend of James Dean in 1955. He admits why he feels insecure about his acting career and why he feels embarrassed whenever he goes to the gym.
The "Twilight" actor told the tabloid that he goes to the gym regularly until he realized he doesn't want people seeing him in there. "I was so embarrassed," Pattinson said. "When you're trying to lift up your 10lb dumbbells... Word spreads."
Pattinson, who rose to fame since he portrayed the role of Edward Cullen in the vampire drama film "Twilight" dished on how he sees himself as the same old son of his father, who sells vintage cars and a her mother whose a model booker. Despite his popularity, and solid fanbase, the actor claimed that he's very uncomfortable with his success.
"The idea of taking a photographer back to my family's house... it's just insane!" Pattinson claimed. It might be nice to have a really good photographer do it, but it's bringing your family into the public domain and then having to have them deal with this horrible cacophony of demons who live on the internet. That's really ruined a lot of things, internet trolls, because no one wants to put themselves out there. Even if you can ignore it, and I don't think anyone can really ignore it."
Pattinson claims, he often apologizes to his two older sisters, Victoria and Lizzy, for dragging their names in his career, according to E! News. He confessed, he often ends up saying sorry to them, for bringing "darkness into your life."
It comes as a surprise that Pattinson, a heartthrob and working in the spotlight, hates the success and fame it brings. He has all the ingredients of success, but certainly, he is one of the few actors who wish he has been less famous. When it comes to his colorful lovelife, he prefers not to talk about it, Celeb Dirty Laundry reports. R-Pattz also shared that he still feels he needs to prove something, he doesn't even know what it is.
Pattinson portrays the role of a photographer in Anton Corbijn's "Life." He plays as James Dean's friend, who took the signature photo of him walking in Times Square, while smoking in the rain. James Dean will be played by actor, Dane Dehaan. Pattinson admits, he was lost and confused during his 20s and literally doesn't know what's going on. But the actor claims, he's garnering more perspectives.
