LawBreakers Release Confirmed by Former Gears of War Lead Director Cliff Bleszinski; New Generation FPS To Make Waves Next Year

By

LawBreakers, a new upcoming futuristic first-person shooter, promises a great deal of intrigue to the hearts of avid shooters everywhere, since its exposure to the public eye. A professional name comes forth and makes this particular title, one to bring the bacon home, or at least attempt to do so.

Recently delivered by The Verge, Cliff Bleszinski, the Lead Designer of the popular Gears of War, announced a new free first-person shooter, in the form of the much-awaited LawBreakers. Definitively, unlike usual first-person shooters, the upcoming game is noted to be more about in-game skills, not streaks. The approach of the game revolves around a futuristic realm, wherein the characters have impossibly super-human capabilities, that gives regard to low-gravity areas.

According to Coming Soon, LawBreakers is basically a five-on-five multiplayer PC game that goes around the conventional counter-criminal enforcement theme. Bleszinski iterated that there are three main components of the game that make it interesting-those being gangs, guns and gravity. In terms of characters, 50 percent of the game's characters are comprised of female characters, and the cast is of utmost priority.

As reported by Vg247, the new studio that developed LawBreakers, Boss Key, came after the separation of Bleszinski from Epic Games back in 2012. They are the original studio that was responsible for the Gears series, as well as Unreal Tournament. Publisher Nexon declared that they truly did partner with Bleszinski and have worked on the game since 2014, under the title name of Project BlueStreak.

LawBreakers, as of the moment, has looked wonderful with its setting, gaming theme, plot and overall graphic prowess. Fans are to keep all their fingers crossed for more news-perhaps more in-game features, maps, characters and more specific advantages among other games. LawBreakers is set to launch within 2016, so keep posted for more updates.
