This gives customers to bring the device at any service providers. The phone can also be brought outside the country along with various SIM cards. The mentioned advantages may seem good news to those who travel from time to time.
The report added that paying upfront also gives an advantage of keeping the old iPhone, passing it on to another person or selling it once another model comes out in the market. Though, the disadvantage of such method of payment is the need to pay the full amount in one transaction.

This is through the iPhone Upgrade Program wherein, customers can get the latest model by trading in their current iPhone. On the other hand, Techlicious noted that pre-orders of the new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus started on September 12. The report added that customers have to allow days for the delivery after September 25, which the launch date of the new iPhones. It means that buyers have to wait for up to 2-4 weeks for the package to be received. Apple requires UPS and FedEx in U.S. as the only authorized deliverers for orders,Macrumors noted.
