"House of Cards" Season 4 is expected to premiere February next year as per the schedule of the previous seasons but it has been rumored that it could be delayed. Kevin Spacey, the actor who plays Frank Underwood, also recently joked that whenever his character looks at the camera, he is trying to send a message to Republican Presidential candidate Donald Trump.
According to Christian Today, fans of the Netflix political drama's fourth season could be pushed back early March. This is due to the fact that "House of Cards" season 1 debuted in February 1, 2013, season 2 premiered in February 14, 2014 and season 3 was released on February 27 this year. It is speculated that season 4 will be out early March.
There have also been reports that the series could be pushed back as far as fall 2016 in order to coincide with the upcoming presidential elections. However, International Business Times reported that Netflix original series are released with at least two weeks to two months gap from the date when the previous season was aired. There has been no official confirmation regarding this report yet.
Meanwhile, Kevin Spacey, who plays the role of the half of the power couple, Frank Underwood, guested on "The Late Show With Stephen Colbert" and he revealed, more of joked, that whenever he looks at the camera, he talks to Donald Trump.
According to Cinema Blend, Spacey said, "This is the truth from the very beginning. When I'm looking directly into that camera, I'm talking to one person and one person only. And that is Donald Trump." Colbert then joked that it all makes sense now and that Trump is getting the messages Spacey's character has been sending over via the T.V. show.
"House of Cards" is one of the highly anticipated shows and season 4 will reportedly revolve around the marriage of Frank and Claire as well as the possible fall of the former. The premiere of the fourth season is yet to be announced and it is expected to be out by late February or early March.
