Recently, the storyline of the upcoming movie, "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice", was hinted in an interview. The main plot will focus on the certain section of society, the government and the god-like powers of Superman.
During an interview with Jesse Eisenberg, who will play the role of Lex Luthor, he told the Observer about his wonderful experience with his Comic-con roles, simply because fans love the movies no matter what role he plays. According to him, great actors can be seen in the comic book adaptations. He also admitted that his role as Luthor is the best role he has ever had. "In a lot of ways Luthor is more of a stretch than any character you would do in an independent movie, which is normally the place you stretch. So in that way it was not at all compromised," he said.
Aside from that, Eisenberg also talked about the plot. The movie considers the queries of how Superman has had so much power. It simply meant like the movie will address geopolitics and "not in a way that's pretentious or esoteric," he stated. Aside from that, IB Times noted that the film scrutinizes refined and reflective themes about power and control.
Eisenberg also assured that the production cast and crew did the best that they can with the due aid of the environment on the production set. Also, he confirmed that his role will mostly be of dialogues and it seemed like it was a cozy movie set.
On other news, reports say that Gal Gadot may not be Wonder Woman if she did not turn down a role in "Man of Steel". Batman News translated an interview on an Israeli website with Gadot regarding her Wonder Woman role. She admitted that she was offered a villain role (Faora) but she turned it down because she was pregnant with her daughter (Alma) at that time.
However, she revealed that she would gladly take the role if she was not carrying a child in her womb and there would be no way for her to take the character of Wonder Woman if it happened. "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is nearing its release.
