Bella Thorne is traveling with her boyfriend, Gregg Sulkin and her pal, Bella Hadid to London when the Virgin Atlantic plane's wing crashed into the fence.
Thorne together with her boyfriend and Hadid were boarded in Flight 26 Heathrow-bound plane when its wing slammed into the fence on Saturday, Sept. 19 at 8:30 a.m. Despite Thorne's plane crash, no one of the 276 passengers was injured. Feeling disappointed, the model and actress, expressed her disappointment to Twitter after they've been stranded in JFK airport for 14 hours.
"So Virgin gets into an accident and leaves us stranded at the airport for 14 hours with no where to rest and no other options for flight," Bella tweeted. She claimed that the airline put their lives at risk with its "poor airport skills" and they were left stranded in the airport without any help.
It is followed by another rant of the 17-year-old "My Own Worst Enemy" actress against the Virgin Atlantic airlines, MIRROR reports. "It is literally the worst customer service in the history of service. If u get into an accident, u should put ur customers on another flight. in no way should you leave them stranded."
Before her airline rant on Twitter, Thorne shared a photo of her with Hadid and Sulkin in a relaxing seat at the airport in her Instagram. "A model, my handsome boy, and the freak in the middle ... Hmm," she wrote in the snap. "What to do when your plane crashes into a fenced wall and you have 12 hours to kill at the airport?"
According to Thorne, she tweeted her plane crash incident to alert everyone of the situation. She revealed that she wants the flight company to be aware of the incident because other customers were also affected. Virgin Atlantic apologized to the young actress, but she claimed that she got no refund for the delayed fight, however, the airline re-booked her flight the same day, Daily Mail reports.
According to airline official, the plane crash was caused of "a miscalculation by the tug." The incident was considered the most minor of incidents in aviation. The flight was resumed to land to Heathrow on Sunday.
