After the almost three-year wait, Rihanna has finally a new album coming ou. The Barbadian beauty sat down in an interview to talk about her upcoming album which is expected to be the biggest one yet. With rumoured boyfriend Travis Scott backing up the album saying it's "amazing," fans are anxious to know when RiRi's latest album will actually hit the stores.
In a report from Inquisitr, rumoured lover of Rihanna, Travis Scott admitted to ESPN's "Highly Questionable" hosts Bomani Jones and Dan Le Batard, how amazing Rihanna and her album is. Rihanna recently opened up in an interview with NME regarding her latest album and what fans can expect from it; however, despite the nearly three-year period fans have had to wait for the 27-year-olds 8th album, Rihanna has confirmed it is not yet finished.
In an exclusive interview with NME, Rihanna admitted "It's not done! To me it's never done until it's done. Until the final moment." Rihanna then went on explaining how her album still doesn't have a track listing, stating "I have so many songs I love and they're so different that it's hard to actually put them all on the same album."
The self proclaimed "bad girl" also announced that her album has no title, even though fans are referring it to "R8." Despite having a few ideas on what she plans on calling the album, Rihanna acknowledges and accepts the fact that most fans will always refer it to 'R8,' even after the official title is confirmed.
"No matter what I post online, within three comments there's somebody saying, 'Where is 'R8'?'" RiRi explained. "I could post anything. Nothing else matters. They don't care about anything but that."
According to The Urban Daily, Rihanna loves all the excitement and build up her fans are getting as they anxiously wait for her 8th album to be released. The pop princess also explained how she's been putting a lot of hard work into her album and explained how "It's easy to make an album full of great songs. But I want people to go for the ride. The songs have to make sense together."
Though the news of Rihanna's upcoming album has been teasing fans for weeks, there's still no official date when "R8" will be released. However, by the way Rihanna talked in her interview, it may still be a while before she's satisfied with her album, and can finally say it's finished and ready to be released.
