The Moto X Pure Edition is fighting for the top spot against OnePlus 2. These two devices were showing off their capabilities to get the favor of the smartphone users.

Techno Buffalo published a review on the Moto X Pure Edition which was tagged as "the smartphone for everyone". This device garnered 8.5 over-all rating due to its wonderful camera and software. Another good thing about the Moto X Pure Edition is that it is considered as a budget king because of the amazing specifications one would get in a cheaper competitive price.

On the other hand, IT PRO made a review on the OnePlus 2 and stated the positive aspects of this handset. Among them are the large and natural-looking screen, decent camera, handy fingerprint scanner and its excellent value. Despite this, there are still a few drawbacks from this handset which includes its non-expandable storage, its tendency to overheat, an unsophisticated HDR mode and lastly, some internal bugs that needs to be squashed.

Meanwhile, the ExtremeTech notes that OnePlus 2 is armored with a 5.5-inch screen with 1080 x 1920 resolution while the Moto X has a 5.7-inch IPS LCD panel.

The new Moto X is engineered with Snapdragon 808 working hand-in-hand with 418 Adreno GPU chipset. OnePlus 2 on the other hand, chose to go with the Snapdragon 810 having a 430 Adreno GPU.

Motorola's flagship is powered by a 3,000 mAh capacity battery and is capable of fast charging. Meanwhile, its competitor has a 3,300 mAh cell but it doesn't support fast charging ability and it also lacks the NFC feature that most smartphone have.

For the camera feature both Motorola and OnePlus have been known for their camera image quality. The OnePlus 2 has a 13MP camera with laser autofocus. On the other hand, Moto X Pure's camera comes with a 21MP sensor that uses traditional autofocus instead of a fancy laser.

Lastly, the Motorola's flagship is run by Android 5.1 while the OnePlus 2 uses it home grown Oxygen operating system.

The Moto X Pure Edition and OnePlus 2 are armed with wonderful specs, but it is for the users to decide which one will be on the top spot.
