The fifth episode of the spin-off series "Fear The Walking Dead" is entitled "Cobalt" and it remains unknown what or who Cobalt is. However, the synopsis and a teaser trailer were released and it shows the plan of the National Guards.
According to Walking Dead Forums, some of the guardsmen of the National Guards are having second thoughts regarding the civilians being kept completely in the dark. One of the soldiers even decides to comfort one of the residents but he might be punished for doing so. The plans of the National Guards will lead Madison and Travis to face a difficult decision.
In a report by Christian Post, Ofelia Salazar will demand an answer from the soldiers regarding the whereabouts of her mother. Meanwhile, Travis is very trusting of the National Guards but Madison is having doubts and has a hunch that something is not right.
In episode 4 of "Fear The Walking Dead," there was a time jump as the show featured nine days after the National Guards took over the area. It was seen that the whole neighborhood was fenced and guarded closely by the military to keep the walkers from entering.
Chris was also seen on the roof where he created a video blog that showed what was happening after the military took over. He got a message in Morse code from a house located on a hill outside the fence. Chris talked to Travis but the latter does not believe that somebody is still alive outside the fence.
According to Latin Post, when Madison saw that there are still people who were not infected outside the fence, she and Travis find out what the military really plans to do with them. Soon they realized that there is no easy way out but they will do everything in order to save their family. However, they might have to leave the people who have been with them in their home in order to escape.
"Fear The Walking Dead" episode 5 entitled "Cobalt" will reveal the real plan of the military. Madison and Travis will do everything to save their family and escape. The AMC spin-off series airs Sundays.
