"The Voice" Coach Adam Levine couldn't stop teasing Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani for a possible romance. The three, who are all NBC's hit singing competition's coaches have been very close lately as they enjoy the fun on the set. Everyone knows that the country singer and the "No Doubt" vocalist had just ended up their marriage with their respective partners, and this is where Levine plays as a cupid.
It seems that no one has the confidence to open up on the set about the judges' divorces, and only Levine can do it. He's the only one who can throw a joke and tease the two. Behati Prinsloo's husband would joke that now they're both single, they can now go on and have a relationship. With Levine's and Shelton's friendship, he has been very supportive of him since his split to his wife, Miranda Lambert, Hollywood Life reports.
"Blake and Gwen's relationship is definitely water cooler talk on the set of 'The Voice'," a source told the magazine.
Reports have it that Levine and Shelton have been great friends since they started in the show. Both have been very supportive of each other, especially now that the "Sangria" singer just called it quits with his former wife. On the other hand, Stefani and Shelton's friendship grew since she parted ways with her husband of 13 years, Gavin Rossdale, and the 39-year-old crooner got separated from his wife, award-winning country singer, Lambert, International Business Times reports.
Meanwhile, Shelton just proved the "bromance" brewing between him and the "Sugar" singer. In an interview with E! News before his performance at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas on weekends, he joked about his friendship with Levine.
"We still make out whenever we can," Shelton joked. "When his wife's out of town." The newly-single singer admitted that since Levine's supermodel wife is always on tour, they can sneak and steal kisses more often."I'm single now, and he's a good looking guy," Shelton said.
In the midst of Shelton's divorce with Lambert, his rep and Stefani's rep have both dismissed the dating rumors between them. There is no truth that they're looking for a home where they can spend their time with. Levine hasn't been reached for a comment.
